They have an absolutely inexcusable reputation for unreliability, and it has been WELL documented here. I don't care if Steve is in the middle of a divorce or whatnot, or how many people defend him. He runs a shitty business and anyone who frequents this forum and still buys from him does so at their own risk. Bitching about his service will only get greeted with a chorus of "Shoulda done your research".
